What an amazing day for Victoria and Jack as the sun has his hat on whilst they celebrated their Priston Mill Barn Wedding.
Vicky and Jack booked us about two years ago and have always stated they love what we do. As time has gone on, our style has changed quite radically over this time and Vicky asked for our style to be influenced by our older work, so thats what we did.

Jonny and I started the day with both Jack and Vicky as they both prepared at the same venue, Apsley House Hotel on the outskirts of Bath. Vicky was getting ready with her Bridesmaids and Mum upstairs all the while Jack was getting ready downstairs with his Best Man and the Ushers. As the Hotel was in exclusive use by the Bridal party, it made for a great atmosphere and Jack soon headed to the Barn to meet and greet family and friends.
Once the house was cleared, Vicky wanted to meet her Father and Step Father at the base of the stairs to see her in her dress. This was very emotional and got everyone in tears. A touching moment…
When we got to the barn we setup our cameras and audio recorders to capture the ceremony as thoroughly as we could. After both the Bride and Groom met the registrars we headed into the ceremony and Vicky walked down the aisle to a wonderful gospel choir (forgotten who they are, but will update when i find their details), with her Father and Step Father. After a couple of wonderful readings the couple were wed and celebrated with a kiss.
We then headed to the reception room and as the couple got engaged in Paris, and they added a padlock to the famous Bridge there (Pont Des Arts), they wanted to do the same, so they brought there own garden gate and a lot of padlocks for all their guests to use as a signing book. What a super idea!
So as the day went on, champagne being served as well as fabulous canapés, photos were taken by Jonny using his Leica and Sony combination (always a dreamy mixture there) and we even had a smoke bomb (a first for us). The coupe then headed into the wedding breakfast and then into the speeches. Tears of joy and laughter were abundant and after everything was cleared buy the fabulous staff there, the couple then headed into the first dance.
For the keen of eye, Robyn and Dan were there, who we captured their wedding day about 2 years prior. Always nice to see older clients.
Thank you of allowing us to capture your day.
